The series was created in 2020 in response to the rapid transformation happening across ecommerce. The series became a weekly space for DTC operators to exchange ideas, and learn new strategies for growth at a time when supply chains were unreliable, customer demand was questionable, and technology and sales channel decisions could make or break a brand.
